烨辉镀锌、镀铝锌制程介绍

一、前处理及退火

采用最新式非氧化性直火燃烧炉 (Non-Oxidizing Direct Flame Furnace)先将原板(冷轧或热轧酸洗钢板)表面之残油除去，再进入退火炉，加热至再结晶温度以上，使钢板软化，以利用户之成形加工。

Pre-treatment  and Annealing Residual oil on the surface of the cold rolled or pickled strip is cleaned off in the non-oxidizing direct fl ame furnace (NOF). The strip is then softened through recrystallization in the annealing furnace.

二、锌花调整

钢带离开镀槽，以空气刀控制镀层量后再以锌粉吹射尚未固化之锌层或以微细化水雾喷射锌层，或控制镀槽成分 组成，均可得微细锌花或无锌花表面。

Mini Spangle Device The thickness of  the coating layer is precisely controlled by the air knife. Zinc powder or atomized fog are blown on to the coating layer before it solidifies to produce minimized (zero) spangles. Another way to produce minimized (zero) spangles is through control of the metal pot composition mixture in the galvanizing pot.

三、调质与整平

高性能之调质机及张力整平机，可改善镀层表面之均匀性及板形，提高产品质量。

Skinpass and Tension Levelling This process ensures the fl atness of the strip and improves the surface uniformity.

四、表面处理

于镀层之表面施予铬酸化成处理或 涂覆有机树脂 ( 耐指纹涂膜 ) 处理，以减少或避免在储存、使用时白锈之产生。

Surface Treatment The surface of the coated strip is treated with chromic acid or organic resin (anti-fi ngerprint) to minimize the occurrence of white rust.

五、镀锌／镀铝锌制程

镀槽内添加铝 (Al)，抑制脆硬之锌 铁合金层的形成，可得成形性优越，附着性良好之热浸镀锌钢板。此产品命名为「美利新镀锌钢板 (PhuizerZinc)」。 本公司亦可生产镀 5% 铝锌及镀 55% 铝锌钢板，主要系在此制程之改变。 镀 5% 铝锌钢板产品名称为「铝锌 凤 (PhuizerFan)」，因含有微量之镧铈合金成分可以改善钢板镀层之湿润性， 提供绝佳之成形性与冲压性，优良之涂装性及良好的熔接性。 镀 55% 铝锌钢板产品名称为「铝 锌龙 (PhuizerLume)」，镀层铝含量约 55%、硅含量约 1.5 %，具有优良之抗腐蚀性、抗高温氧化性和热反射性及良好的涂装性。

Coating This strip is coated by dipping into a pot of molten zinc. The aluminum is added to the pot and precisely controlled to avoid a brittle Zn-Fe alloy layer. This product's name is 'PhuizerZinc'. When the coating material replaced with a 5% Al-Zn composition, the coated steel product is called 'PhuizerFan'. The composition of mischmetals in the pot improves the wettability and offers extraordinary formability, drawability, excellent paintability and good weldability. When the coating  material  replaced  with  a  55%  Al-Zn composition, the coated steel product is called 'PhuizerLume'. Both laboratory and long-term outdoor exposure tests showed that the alloy coating gives optimum corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance and good paintability. The coated alloy is composed of about 55% aluminum, 1.5% silicon and balanced zinc, by weight.
